On 30 August 2016, Our school participated and presented a variety programme in the prestigious AFWWA declamation contest under the able guidance of Principal Mrs Kavita Menon.
VARIETY PROGRAMME -The theme of variety programme was ‘Namami Gange – Save the ganges’. The entire programme was a beautiful combination of story, songs and dances which started with the origin of holy river Ganga in today’s world – How it originated, tied by Lord Shiva in his hair, polluted by us, reaction of Ganga in the form of floods and destruction and in the end a promise to join hands with the mission to clean and rejuvenate the holy river which is a symbol of our civilization and is an epitome of our culture and heritage. The programme left everyone present there spell bound and was immensely appreciated by one and all.
