Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that under the Delhi health scheme, a doctor, a public health Nurse (PHN) and an attendant have been deputed to our school for the complete health checkup of the students from classes I-XII. All govt. schools in Delhi are being covered under this scheme.
The following health checkups will be done by them from 17.10.13.

• Height
• Weight
• Eye test
• General health checkup for all the students of classes I-XII
• An additional checkup of hemoglobin and sugar will be done for the students of classes VII-XII.
