EARTH DAY

The theme for Earth Day 2023 is “Invest in our Planet” with a motto of “everyone accounted for, everyone accountable.”
On the occasion of Earth Day A tree plantation drive was organised by Florets – The Eco Club of AFSSS to create an awareness regarding climate change and its adverse effects on us .
A range of 15 plants were planted in the school garden by students of class 6 and 7 to create an awareness about saving trees. We as a school took pledge to plant as many trees as possible near our areas so as to create a very healthy environment and contribute in minimising the climate changes. We hope that everybody plants a tree in their lifetime and contribute in conserving nature.
Global warming is increasing rapidly and has become a great threat that could destroy the whole environment. We can stop it only by planting more and more trees.
