REPORT ON MATHS OLYMPIAD

Every year SOF conducts the Maths Olympiad and best two/three students are selected for state level. Later, State level exam is conducted online at one centre in Delhi.
This year too International Maths Olympiad 2019-20 for the classes of IV to VIII was conducted on 17 Dec 19 in our school. 139 students participated in it. It was an objective type offline paper (duration- 1hr), which was conducted in 4 rooms between 9.15 and 10.30 hours. Question-papers and OMR sheets sent by SOF to the school were given to the students. Two teachers, Mrs Sukshwinder Sethi and Mrs Charu Dagar, were assigned for invigilation duty for primary classes (IV to V) and four teachers, Mrs Mala Kathuria, Mrs Sonia Kapoor, Mr Mukesh Sharma and Mrs Bani Bhakhry Dua, were on the invigilation duties for classes VI to VIII. After successful completion of the exam, the OMR answer-sheets of all the classes were sent to the SOF, Gurugram.
