NATIONAL VOTER’S DAY

As per the letter received from CEO, the DOE directed the schools to celebrate the National Voter’s Day (24 Jan 20) by taking National voter’s pledge for ethical electoral participation. All the staff of the school took voter’s pledge on 24 Jan 20 at 11.00 am. This helped in promoting democratic electoral participation by the eligible voters.

As we know that the National Voter’s Day is being celebrated across the country. So, our school also had organised some activities like declamation, debate and quiz competitions on the theme “Democracy and Electoral participation” on 24 Jan 20. These activities helped the students to understand about the democracy and the importance of voter participation in election process.
