KOBE 9 Love trade likely
Wiggins, the No. 1 pick in the draft, was signed to a four year deal on July 24. NBA rules stipulate that rookies must wait at least 30 days after they sign before they are eligible to be traded.
Wiggins addressed the trade rumors Sunday on ESPN.
“I just want to play for a team that wants me. So whichever team wants me I’ll play for,” he said.
Wiggins said he does not KOBE 9 take the speculation personally.
“At the end of the day you have to remember that the NBA is a business before anything. I’m a rookie. I really don’t have too much say,” he said. 1 overall Air Jordan 6s pick Anthony Bennett and a future first Air Jordan 4s round pick is widely considered to be a deal that will happen. It is also possible the Timberwolves and Cavaliers may add a third team, including the Philadelphia 76ers, into the trade.
In such a scenario, the Timberwolves would acquire Sixers power forward Thaddeus Young as part of the deal to replace Love.
“I think when you move somebody like Kevin, who’s been an All Star, that you’ve got to get a number of players on your team that have the potential of replacing him,” Taylor said. “Flip (Saunders, team president and coach) has looked at this team and offensively, Air Jordan 6 Rings he’s got a pretty good team. Defensively, it’s got to be better, so I think that’s where some of the areas will be replaced.”
Within the 30 day trade moratorium involving Wiggins, the teams can work out a deal but it cannot be officially acknowledged.
Love can opt out of his contract Air Jordan 9s at the end of next season. He has informed the Timberwolves he plans to become a free agent.
