I Run a Small Decorating Company based in Liverpool. We are currently working on a new School building Project were some of the is above 3metres, which we use a mobile Aluminium Tower, which is erected and dismantled by one of our Pasma trained operatives.

The Problem I have is this I’ve been told on site today by the project Manager that we are not allowed to use step ladders or ladders on site anymore, because they are against the law. on site Nike Air Foamposite One earlier on in the week, were they were served a Prohabition Notice for various other breaches of Health and safety. we have an ongoing Training Plan, and all Air Jordan 23s my Operatives have completed a Health and Safety Ladder Training Course with J Enwright Access Equipment Specialists, who are a registered training company.

So why are training our staff unneccesarly at a cost to Air Jordan 2010 my business which in the current climate is a waste of money, and advised that we Air Jordan 5s can no longer use stepladders or ladders on site anymore.

Can anyone clarify this issue.
