I think with Vista they were trying to get the enthusiasts to get Ultimate by not including all of the features of Home Premium in Business, but due to the price of Ultimate they all ended up just settling for Home Premium. Now with Windows 7, they are hoping that Professional holds a significant percentage of the sales, though I’m sure they still expect Home Premium to be the largest seller by a long shot.
