He got a pair of hand me down shoes which looked new (probably only worn a few times) he wore them almost an entire yearand we then gave them to my nephew who I believe is still wearing them. I washed them more than once as well. This past year we bought him another pair and again he wore them from fall spring and still wears them sometimes in the summer. I plan on buying another pair this year. I don’t know if it makes a difference but he is only 3 so maybe it is his age but I have been very impressed.
