BOSTON (WHDH) Lawrence Stead, 69, of Quincy, who served with the Cambridge Police for 25 years, allegedly ran over a man in his 50s on Mass. Ave near the Orange Line T station. That man was seriously injured.Stead told police he didn’t see any damage to his vehicle and didn’t see anyone struck in the street but he said it was dark.
