I don dislike these shoes, but I don really get where these got a reputation for being so great for running. Not outright disagreeing, but I don know anyone who consistently runs in frees as their shoes of choice. They are comfortable enough, but I have never found them to be very favorably comparable to my asics in terms of comfort and support when running. I wonder if a lot of my discomfort is due to how different it feels? I heard the minimalist running touted mainly by crossfitters I know (who don run long distance) and nike themselves so I have always wondered. Have you felt like there Air Jordan 14s is much of a benefit to it? I will say I don get the connection to barefoot running though. Running in frees does not feel like running barefoot. I almost exclusively toe strike when I run so all that extra padding/material most running shoes have Air Jordan 17s on the heels does nothing for me. It just made sense Nike Air Foamposite One to get extremely flexible shoes with minimal material since I on Jordan 9 Retro my toes most of the time.

If Air Jordan 3s you are a heel striker, transitioning into minimalist shoes might result in more forefoot striking and greater utilization of the calves and some muscles in the foot you didn’t know you had.

For example saying these are ugly and leaving it at that doesn really contribute much to the conversation. Anyway, this sub is all about opinions and big surprise, sometimes people will have differing opinions from you. A lot of people may look back and say “meh, that trend wasn all that great.” I don particularly like them, but other people do. The rest of the population, I think, is just going with the flow.
