WHEN your luck is in, it’s in. Former Mayo hurler Noel Hughes from Roundfort can vouch for that. He scooped the top prize of 5,000 in the big Aghamore GAA lotto give away in Bonner’s Air Jordan 10s of Kilkelly on Saturday night. A month earlier, his son Michael, a garda in Blanchardstown, Dublin won 1,000 in the Ballyglass FC lotto. Nike Air Foamposite One Noel purchased his winning ticket in Freeman’s Filling Station on the N17 outside Kilkelly. The former Board of Public Works employee, who lived in Ballaghaderreen for a good many years, was delighted with the news. “When I got the call on Sunday asking me Air Jordan 11s to come down to Aghamore for a photo, I thought it was someone having me on.
