Just today I bought a pair of Nike Lunareclipse 2s.

I used to just run in an old beat up pair of trainers I had but I had quite a lot of trouble with my knee lately so I went and got a pair from a specialist running shop who watched me run and advised me.

First impressions: they so much more light and comfortable than my old shoes and they seem to straighten up my gait (I have almost completely flat arches and overpronate). Whether they help with my knee remains Air Jordan 18s to be seen!If you looking for shoes based on what other people wear, you making a mistake. Stop by your local running specialty store and have them examine your feet and suggest a pair of shoes for you. Shoes are Air Jordan DMP made for specific types of feet, not running in general.

I have high arches and I don pronate/supponate at all, so I Air Jordan Fusion 5 currently am using Asics Gel Excel 33s. I used to wear Mizuno Wave Rider 15s, and I considering switching back to them due to some knee pain I got after I switching to the Air Jordan 20s Gel Excels.
