Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav \u2013 Celebrating 75 years of Independence.
\nIndependence Day was celebrated on 13 Aug 2022 in Air Force Senior Secondary School. Students, teachers, parents and SMC members participated with fully enthusiasm and made it a grand success.
\nCelebration Started with morning Assembly at 9:00 a.m where students sang \u201cVande Mataram\u201d and \u201c Sare Jahaan se achchha\u201d. Poems recited on \u201cJhansi Ki Rani\u201d , \u201cHaathon Me Tiranga ho\u201d etc, filled the hearts with pride and patriotism.
\nNCC cadets \u201cJawans\u201d marched the Chief Guest, Mrs. Kavitha Menon to the assembly point. She hoisted the National Flag. This was followed by the cultural Program which included Patriotic Songs, dance on Patriotic songs and Poems on our brave soldiers.
\nThe anchors and participants not only showcased their talents in patriotic flavour but also raised social and environmental issues like pollution, girl child, plastic hazards etc and motivated the audience to be the change to make the world a better to live in.
\nProgram culminated with prize distibution and address by the Principal which inspired the students to follow their passion along with their studies in their upcoming life.
\nNational anthem was sung by everyone with great pride and refreshments were distributed to one and all.
