  1. Attested copy of birth certificate.<\/li>\n
  2. Attested copy of Residence proof.<\/li>\n
  3. Copy of POR duly signed by unit adjutant for serving Defence personnel is also acceptable as proof of age.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
