HEALTH LECTURE on FIRST AID<\/h2>\n

To inform and equip relevant stakeholders in monitoring the measures of school safety
\nand security, so as to ensure the Safe and Secure environment for the children in schools, AFND organised awareness program on SOP on any kind of threat. Resource person Corporal P. Samael and Corporal Ankit conducted the interactive session on this topic on 14 Feb 23 in Dhawan auditorium. 280 students from classes VI to VIII and all the staff members attended the above program.
\nThey told that in 2004 & 2014 schools in Pakistan were attacked by the terrorists which caused a lot of casualties. To avoid such mishandling of such situations we should always be prepared. They explained some hiding techniques and also told how to inform the guard room. They also guided students as to how to protect themselves and others too. No need to panic and follow teachers instructions, not creating noise, etc were few main points discussed in the workshop.
\nThe session ended with a question and answer round with the students.
\nOverall the workshop was very informative and helpful for the teachers as well as the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
