{"id":103,"date":"2012-12-31T11:33:28","date_gmt":"2012-12-31T11:33:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/racecourseschools.in\/seniorschool\/?page_id=103"},"modified":"2016-06-02T14:14:00","modified_gmt":"2016-06-02T14:14:00","slug":"code-of-conduct","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/racecourseschools.in\/seniorschool\/rules-regulations\/code-of-conduct\/","title":{"rendered":"Code of Conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container\" style=\"height:935px\">\n<h2>Rules &amp; Regulations<\/h2>\n<div class=\"border_btm\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"clear2\"><\/div>\n<h3>CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS<\/h3>\n<div class=\"clear2\"><\/div>\n<h6 class=\"color_black1\" style=\"padding-left: 10px;\">The following are the acts and misconduct which amount to forbidden practices<\/h6>\n<div class=\"curriculum\">\n<ol>\n<li>Absence from classes without the permission of the teacher\/Vice-Principal\/Principal<\/li>\n<li>Misbehavior towards teachers or any other employee of the school.<\/li>\n<li>Disobeying lawful orders of the teacher\/Vice Principal\/Principal.<\/li>\n<li>Intentional disturbance of classes.<\/li>\n<li>Bullying\/Rowdyism and rude behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Eve-teasing\/misbehavior towards girl-students.<\/li>\n<li>Bringing unauthorized people\/articles inside the school.<\/li>\n<li>Indulging in acts or moral turpitude.<\/li>\n<li>Any behavior unbecoming of a student.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking\/Chewing guthkha\/Paan\/Khaini etc.<\/li>\n<li>Use of drugs or intoxicant (except on prescription by a registered Medical Practitioner).<\/li>\n<li>Any form of gambling.<\/li>\n<li>Theft\/pilferage of school\/students property.<\/li>\n<li>Disfiguring or otherwise damaging any school property.<\/li>\n<li>Spitting in or near the school building except in the spittoons provided by the school.<\/li>\n<li>Use of violence in any form.<\/li>\n<li>Casteism, communalism or practice of untouchability.<\/li>\n<li>Propagating a strike\/disruption of classes.<\/li>\n<li>Association with banned organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>All these above acts of misconduct are the forbidden practices. In the above acts of misconduct, Principal\/HoS shall take suitable action as per observation of the disciplinary committee at school level depending upon gravity of misconduct, which may include:<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear2\"><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Oral\/written warning to the students and parents.<\/li>\n<li>Detention during the break for Completion of neglected class work.<\/li>\n<li>Suspension from attending classes\/school for a specified period.<\/li>\n<li>Recovery of loss through replacement of school property due to willful damage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Expulsion\/rustication from school for students of classes IX to XII in rarest of rare cases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rules &amp; Regulations CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS The following are the acts and misconduct which amount to forbidden practices Absence from classes without the permission of the teacher\/Vice-Principal\/Principal Misbehavior towards teachers or any other employee of the school.
